It all starts with good planning...
After 20 years working in the trade, I’ve built my reputation through hands-on involvement in a wide variety of interior refurbishment projects. Over the years I’ve put together a dependable team of skilled tradespeople alongside a committed full-time core staff. I’m also married to an interior designer, and we often work together on jobs when it makes sense. That close partnership means we can look after your renovation from first idea to final touches, keeping things running smoothly with minimal fuss.

We have used Royal Town Installations for the last ten years, and they have completely transformed multiple rooms in our house. Over the last decade, they have redesigned and beautifully fitted our kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet, and most recently, our main bathroom.
Richard and his team are just fantastic. On each occasion, they have helped us design the best layout for every space, combining outstanding technical skill with incredible attention to detail. Their care and precision are evident in the perfect finish of every project. The team are considerate, reliable, and exceptionally tidy, making the entire renovation process stress-free. We are absolutely delighted with the results and can’t recommend Royal Town Installations highly enough.

I have used Royal Town Installations to refurbish my bathrooms three times over the past 17 years. My main bathroom still looks as good as it did when it was installed in 2006, which is a tribute to the skill and workmanship done by Richard. Richard is a very experienced and professional installer who works to an extremely high standard and provides great ideas and advice on all projects. The latest project being to replace the bath in the ensuite with a walk-in shower for safer bathing, including fold up seat and grab handles. His charges are very reasonable, especially when compared to the mobility experts that advertise in the press. He attended promptly and kept me informed of any change to the work schedule, and has done a brilliant job with this latest referbishment. I can highly recommend Richard for any construction work.

Upmost care of your home
One of my priorities is looking after your property as if it were my own. This attitude has been passed on throughout my wider team. Over the years we've often been told, "You are the tidiest tradespeople we have ever had working for us." We even have a weekly 'Friday tidy' when we take time to properly clean the whole site and organise our kit.
Husband & Wife Design/installation/managment team.
My wife and I have been married since 2008 and we really enjoy working together. Gemma runs her own succesful interior design business - Four Oaks Interiors, and we love collaborating on projects. That means we offer full refurbishments from concept to completion, with a single, friendly point of contact. We handle everything — choosing skirting-board profiles, sourcing tiles and planning socket positions. The magic happens when a designer needs a trades expert to make the vision real. I regularly find practical solutions to get past tricky installation issues.
